Lucia's Story
Originally from California, Lucia moved to Delaware in 1992 and has witnessed the tremendous change and growth in Sussex County. She brings 22 years of extensive experience in the first-time buyer’s market and is very knowledgeable about financing, as well as down payment and settlement assistance programs in Delaware. Prior to her career in real estate, Lucia was a Certified Housing Specialist, and she currently serves as a Program Manager for a local non-profit. Her passion for helping others continues as she works hard as a real estate professional with The Parker Group.
