We contribute to a number of local nonprofits and charity organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Club, Colestrong Foundation, local sports teams, Pathways for Success, the Brandywine Valley SPCA, and more. We've donated over $200,000 since 2016, and that number grows with every home we sell.

#getlocal Initiative

Every month, we visit local small businesses and create a free professional-grade promotional video for them, advertising their business, telling their story, and encouraging our followers to support them.

Volunteering

Donating our time is a fundamental aspect of our work culture. You can find us on home build sites, at animal shelters, and organizing food and clothing drives for local nonprofits. Follow our social media for updates.

Events

We plan, organize, and host events for nonprofit organizations at our offices and feature local business vendors at every one. We do extensive promotional marketing for all events and attending vendors.
