There has been a ton of discourse around buyers agency in our industry. But what do home buyers really think? 1000Watt did a research study of 1,000 recent homebuyers in August to find out, and the results are really interesting. A few highlights:
-Most home buyers believe that risk mitigation is the greatest value of using a buyers agent.
-Most buyers would sign a buyers agency agreement if required to.
-45% of buyers did not receive an explanation of how their agent would be paid.
